- An approximately rectangular configuration with 32,0 x 29,0 m² dimensions. The underground storeys of the basements were constructed using 0,30 m thick anchored walls. Solid flat slabs were used. The building has two reinforced concrete cores with 0,20 m thick walls. Rectangular columns with sizes ranging from 1,00 x 0,30 m² to 0,60 m x 0,30 m².
